Bus Seats Available from Melbourne Airport
Hello everyone. As on previous years I am organising a party from Brisbane to attend Gippstech on 1-2 July this year. My party will fly down to Tullamarine airport on Friday 30 June where we normally hire a minibus to travel to Morwell / Churchill for the conference. The return journey gets us back to the airport on the Sunday evening to fly back to VK4.
We use the bus for moving everyone back and forth between the motel in Morwell and the Gippstech conference location in Churchill.
This year I have more people wishing to join the party than I can carry in a single vehicle. I am considering therefore hiring a second vehicle and since this means more seats free we would be able to offer places to others wishing to attend either from Brisbane or to join the party at Melbourne airport.
Seats would be on an equal cost-sharing basis I.e hire/fuel/insurance charges divided between everyone.
Anyone joining the party would need to be at Melbourne Airport by 13:00 on Friday 30 June and should plan for us being back no earlier than 18:00 on Sunday 2nd July.
Anyone interested is invited to drop me an e-mail to request a seat, potentially there could be an additional 4-5 seats available depending on the level of interest and the type of vehicle hired. -first come first served!
