Australian Ham Radio Discussion Forum ( AHRDF ) - Wanted: ICs for TS940S repair

Good morning,

A good amateur mate of mine is searching for a couple of new ICs to repair a TS940s. He needs 1 of each of the following: Mitsubishi MN6147C and MC14569

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I found the first one but not the second chip, but I did not do much of a search for it either.

I will let my mate know about that IC. At least its not from China, as he has had many fake ICs from China before.
