Hello all
We have a VK8 net running Tuesdays on 80m between 1030-1130 UTC. Frequency is 3602 kHz.
The net is managed by me in Darwin (VK8VWA) and we try and have a topic of interest each week. We don't get too formal and we welcome all comers, even if it's just a check in for a signal report.
I realise VK8 is a challenge for other states but tune in as you may hear us on air. We have people calling in from Alice Springs and contact to VK4 is regularly possible on 80m into Darwin. If the propagation gods are smiling VK3 and others can be possible.
TC Marcus may cause numbers to be down this week - a lot of antennas came down.
