Lightning blew all the devices in my IC-910H directly on the 12V rail.

The M57762 module is replaced by the RA18H1213G module.
One less pin and the control voltage is 4V not 9V.
Otherwise a direct replacement.

These are also discontinued but some are available (mid 2019)

Just put it in and do a resistor divider 1K to 9V and 680 ohm to gnd
for the bias pin.

And it WORKS.

Soldering hint: bend the leads up leaving 3mm, enough to be grabbed with
pliers if you need to lift a pin in the future.

The new module needs it's bottom surface filed flat. No step
at the mounting screw tongues. You will need a good flat file.

My first attempt was a module (used) sourced on eBay.
It didn't work. the case was loose and inside, dirty. Who knows if it's
even the right band. Got a good one from Melbourne.

2m and 70cm

All the three MOSFET devices died as did the 2SC3102 transistors.
eBay provided replacements, all worked.
3x RD70HVF1, one is shared as driver, 2m and 70cm.

Two sixty watt soldering irons are needed for surface mount parts removal.
I re-used the parts, capacitors.

$300 spent, well worth it not to scrap the radio.
