Found it!

THat is a different tuner Nev, but thank you anyway. I now have a copy of the correct one.

This reply is probably too late for you, but I have one of those.  
Normally I am pretty good at keeping manuals. In this case however, I can only find a comprehensive (not) user's manual that appears to have been faxed to me.
For posterity I scanned it in.  See attachment.
