Both the WIA article and the ACMA documents are worth a perusal.
The consultation closed 9th April so it is too late to submit any comments, but is interesting reading anyway.
It seems that we will have to keep a closer look at https://www.acma.gov.au/have-your-say to see if there are any other consultation surprises in the pipeline...
