help wanted - Trio Communications data Transceiver - VK5TRM - 03-02-2024 G'Day All, I am wondering if anyone has some information on the Trio communications data module transceiver. I was going to see if I could use them for A.R. The company was based in Melbourne and closed fairly recently as I believe it was bought out by an international company. The model number is a TC-450SR and it covers 400 to 520Mhz and has the TC-24SR option fitted Any info on the modules would be appreciated as I have trawled the net and found nothing. I mainly want the connections on the 15 pin D connector but any other info would be great. Thanks and Regards Rob VK5TRM RE: help wanted - Trio Communications data Transceiver - VK3ZYC - 04-02-2024 I have some information that may be relevant to what you require. send me a PM (my callsign)@gmail.com. i will advise whats available Jim vk3zyc RE: help wanted - Trio Communications data Transceiver - VK5TRM - 07-02-2024 UPDATE Thanks to those that have given me information OK I have got the modules working now. I am able to get the things to receive and transmit with audio in and out. Does anyone know how to hook a computer up and change the frequencies. It is currently up in the 470mhz and I would like to get it into the AR band Rob VK5TRM |
