240v to 100v converter info - VK5TM - 25-03-2019

Has anybody seen one of these before and/or can translate the front panel wording (Japanese I think)?

I have been asked to repair it (and as usual, no info other than 240v to 100v converter and "doesn't work").

It would (without having had the lid off yet) appear to be a switch mode supply of some description so theoretically (famous last words) be an easy repair, but I would rather know what the front panel wording is before doing anything with it.

Internet search doesn't turn anything up.
