While the WIA web page has not yet been updated for this specific event, it is scheduled to take place on June 26th and 27th, 2021. That gives you about 2 weeks to get yourself organised !!
The normal link to the rules and relevant data is at
https://www.wia.org.au/members/contests/vhfuhf/ and I would expect that the rules would follow the 2020 Winter Rules version except for the dates.
Note that VKCL logging software is now at version 4.14 and should be downloaded and installed prior to the event date :

Happy field day-ing !

Thanks for the notification of the Field Day dates, Doug. Most appreciated.
I must apologies for the lack of update on the VHF/UHF Field Days website. I have been otherwise engaged in moving my life and my accommodation from Sydney to the Gold Coast, which necessitated considerable downsizing, together with a short-ish stay in temporary premises and living out of a suit case. My PC facilities set up to manage the website has enjoyed a holiday in storage, and thus access to necessary programs and files has not been available. Working on changing that situation now (nothing is as simple as first imagined, though!).
The Winter Field day dates were published on the website home page (
www.wia.org.au/members/contests/vhfuhf/) in January.
One step I took in 2016 was to determine an algorothm for 'fixing' the dates of the three VHF/UHF Field Days each year, rather than having 'wandering' dates (for whatever reason) that had to be worked out and agreed-on then publicised.
I wrote down the algorithm and published it on the website in PDF format. You'll find it low on the home page under the title
Algorithm to determine future VHF-UHF FD dates. See:
https://www.wia.org.au/members/contests/..._Nov19.pdf
The WIA weekly broadcasts have been publicising the dates of the VHF/UHF Field Days for 2021 since March. Well done WIA Broadcast team!

It would have been even better if I had re-checked the dates here before I started calling 'CQ Field Day' this last Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning - with nary a reply on either 50.150 or 144.150 !
I suppose that at least the gear is set up and the software updated ready for
this weekend.
Thanks for the update and welcome to VK4.

How embarrassment! You weren't the only one to "jump the shark". A couple of my mates put in an effort on a mountain top and then texted me for confirmation - to learn of their mistake. Anyway, nothing like a little practice to sharpen the skills for this weekend.
The WIA VHF-UHF Filed Days website has been updated.

Whose bright idea was it to schedule the WIA AGM the same weekend as the Field Day?

Well this is interesting. I tried to upload my log a few times today and it won't upload via the WIA "VHF/UHF Log File Uploader" facility.
It appears I am not alone either - there are multiple callsigns that have had failures trying to do the same - their log file sizes are zero also.
Unfortunately there is no alternative email address supplied to send the log file as an attachment for submission either, so I guess there will be a number of logs missing.
eg.. as at 2330Z this morning...

The other "successful" uploaders are not listed here.
Hopefully there will be something sorted out before the log close date of 12th July.

Thanks for advising this, Doug. I'm aware of the issue and unsure of its extent. I do know of successful uploaders. It's curious that some are affected and some not.
Logs can be emailed to me - vk2zrh at wia dot org dot au
I'm raising the problem with the website manager/s.

Received this email a few days ago but forgot to post it here :
Hi OMs,
I have noticed that you had problems uploading your log to the WIA web site,
presumably using VKCL for that purpose, as many others did successfully.
Before calling WIA support would you all please try uploading your logs
directly via the WIA upload page, which is at:
https://www.wia.org.au/members/contests/upload/
and follow the instructions on that page.
Thank you for your co-operation.

Thanks Doug. That'll work. I succeeded in submitting a couple of logs that operators sent to me after they ran into difficulties.

LAST CALL FOR LOGS for the WINTER VHF/UHF FIELD DAY
Midnight AEST today is the deadline for uploading your log.
Even if you only had 3 contacts, or maybe even 10 contacts. It all helps everybody else who entered the contest.
