10GHz BPF

I had same WR-90 laying around so I thought I would try and build a BPF for 10GHz.

I came across this design by W1VT.

The design uses a small piece of WR-90 and some small hardware which should be easy to obtain.

After a quick tune I found that the probe length has large effect on the filters frequency.

The filter has a bandwidth of around 80-90MHz and a loss < 1dB.

Hi, I need a similar filter and would be interested in homebrewing one. I am also interested in the procedure you used to align the filter and to plot that neat graph of the filter response. What equipment was used?

Good effort. It is good to see that the spirit of homebrew is alive and well.
