23on23 from the Mid North Coast

Just to let you know there will be a few stations on from Port Macquarie and environs for 23on23 day.

Henry VK2ZHE will be portable on transit hill with a couple of beams and I'll be on my vertical over near the Uni. ( no tower so no beams as yet )

Other stations will be on and we will use VK2RPM as local liaison. This node is EchoLink enabled for anyone who might be trying to reach us.

Hopefully this will be the beginning of more microwave activity on the Mid North Coast

Much fun was had by those who attended the 23on23 day event with VK2ZHE, VK2MAX, VK2VL, VK2AAK and myself, VK2XAX.
Henry also managed to hear some VK4's from his spot on top of transit hill.
Others on the club net expressed interest in joining in so hopefully the 23on23 membership will grow for here.
