I have been crunching numbers from my 30M WSPR reports for the last couple of days and come up with a textual 'graph' of distances versus time of day UTC for my grid square of QG62 (/ Brisbane area). It gives an idea of what time of day to operate on this band.
Unfortunately it requires the use of a monotype font to produce a reasonably scaled representation of the distances.
Missing hours means there were no reports at all during that UTC hour :
