While the WIA web page has not yet been updated for this specific event, it is scheduled to take place on June 26th and 27th, 2021. That gives you about 2 weeks to get yourself organised !!
The normal link to the rules and relevant data is at https://www.wia.org.au/members/contests/vhfuhf/ and I would expect that the rules would follow the 2020 Winter Rules version except for the dates.
Note that VKCL logging software is now at version 4.14 and should be downloaded and installed prior to the event date : https://www.mnds.com.au/vkcl/
