Yes, power level is low, but I have a bunch of 828 and AWA PA's that could possibly be induced to make a viable amp, a couple in bridge formation with suitable biasing "should" give a reasonable output, although not up to the 100w level.
Unfortunately, things like the IC-706 are just a stretch too far at the moment, as I'm going to need a rotator of some sort to spin the top bit as well - arms aren't quite long enough to reach out the window to use the strong arm method
(should have keep the diff out of my old van and made a ground mounted rotator).
Will keep an ear out for you once set up.
