The next 23 on 23 falls on a Wed night (23rd Nov) and that is the same night that the Sunshine Coast ARC has it's 23cm net on our local repeater. So just as a bit of a change I was hoping that maybe we could start the November 23 on 23 at 7:30pm and any Brisbane stations who can reach the SCARC 23cm repeater can join in on the net and then from 8pm on we can do the usual SSB.
The repeater is on 1273.300 with 20Mhz plus off set and 91.5Hz tone. This may bring out a few more people to play on 23cm or it might be a complete bust but I think it would be worth a try.
We could rotate the idea on other months and have a quick session on the Brisbane 23cm repater and then move to SSB after and get some more use out of the 23cm repeaters.
Any thoughts on the idea would be great.
