The Wireless Institute of Australia (WIA) QSL Bureaux operate in each state, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory. The service is also available for VK9 residents.
WIA membership is required. Members must first register their callsign or callsigns with the relevant Inwards Bureau. This defines how incoming cards are delivered.
There are also QSL Service Guidelines for Special Event Stations, and IARU standards including the size of QSL cards.
All WIA QSL Bureau conditions and practices have been updated on the WIA website. http://www.wia.org.au/members/qsl/about/
