Antenna downlead help

Brain dead, of course it is.
A nearly full reel was lying around so I thought "What can I use this for?"
Unfortunately, none of the black stuff hiding anywhere.

Cheap is a necessity around here at the moment, as nice as it would be to be able to use some commercial feedline.

Managed to finish filling the garden beds today, so hopefully the XYL won't come up with something else that needs doing like yesterday.
