I have been running my low power VK4ADC Raspberry Pi-based WSPR beacon since last December (2018), initially just on 6M then expanding it to cover 30 / 20 / 17 /15 plus 6M back around January/February 2019.
I use my WSPRView software to manually retrieve all of my spots from WSPRNET.org every few days and it all adds to a large data file each time. Today I took the time to process it to make it provide some details about who, where and what bands have been used to hear this WSPR beacon and I was somewhat astounded to find that there were now 98000-odd reports present.
Those reports are spread across all of the bands used but the numbers of 30M reports are astounding, nearly 47000 - or half of the total reports saved.
Spotter , 30M, 20M, 17M, 15M, 6M, Error,Grid , KM,
Totals , 46680, 35608, 7692, 1858, 6213, 61, , ,
The 61 marked as errors are because they did not get recorded against the correct band etc.. Finger trouble at the spotter's end.
"Record Count:98127, Unique callsigns: 610
Start:2018-12-10 10:54, Finish: 2019-08-13 23:54"
