Looking at results from previous seasons and the influence of the sun position, I have decided that this season we will just run the WSPR Leaderboard Challenge for the 2 month period surrounding the summer solstice, so December and January. Thats not to say that people still cant monitor the bands and propagation after this, I hope that you do, but conditions significantly decrease through Feb, so not really as exciting to observe as the previous two month. Some of these guys are working hard to do the best they can and need a rest and some relax time and time to make some repairs and mods to the station.
This Overall results tally will not be final as there are a few days left of January to go and possibly still some significant propagation to come over those days, so when the month is officially over I will update the results again. This is a bit of a teaser to see where everyone is at with the overall results score.
