Mr Harrison has pointed out that the next 23rd will be in March, so let's start then.
So 23 on 23 for the Sydney area will start 23rd March 8:00pm to 9:00pm. 8:00-8:30pm looking north and 8:30 to 9:00pm looking south.
I am sure we can rope in a few more.
