Hi All,
I am posting this in hope it may help someone with same issue.Recently bought a TYT MD UV 390 off ebay, and the usb driver absolutely did not install in windows 10 pc.Could not connect to radio and could not programm. Search web to learn a specific STM Device in DFU mode driver is required.

I downloaded and installed and immediately able to connect.I device manager you can clearly see dfu driver in the very bottom-along with usb drivers.
Hope this helps some one else.I have a copy in case some one needs it.
