WIA Contest Champion status

[VK4ADC]

The Contest Champion list recognises those who have participated in multiple WIA contests and submitted log results.

The Contest Champion total score is the cumulation of the scores from seven popular WIA contests, these being the Ross Hull, John Moyle National Field Day, Harry Angel, Remembrance Day Contest, Oceania DX Contest Phone, Oceania DX Contest CW, and the VHF UHF Field Days.

The Contest Champion list is sorted by year with the amateur with the highest total score at the top of each years list.

I am guessing that the Harry Angel results should be available soon and a further update will occur after that.

Contest champion list now updated with 2017 RD and Winter VHF/UHF Field Day results...

Realistically, only the Oceania CW and Phone columns are left to be filled - with some possibility of score changes due to the Spring FD (in Nov) for the VHF/UHF Field Day column.

It looks like the Winter Field day results have not been updated on the Contest Champion page (as suggested in my previous post) as the column against my callsign shows zero points, where I actually won my section (8hr Home, all bands) in the Winter Field Day so it should show 100 there.

I didn't participate in either the Oceania Phone or CW during October so no points are going to appear in those columns... It looks like it will be quite a while before those results will be available too. ( http://www.oceaniadxcontest.com/results.htm still doesn't show 2016 results !)

Hate to burst your bubble, but you only get points for the 24hr Home sections, not the 8hr Home sections :-(

Also, it doesn't specify if the single, 4 band and all band sections or digital section get points.
Looking at previous years, it seems that  only "4 band" and "all band" get points.
