It seems Yahoo Groups has spat the dummy and is basically reducing it's functionality to the point of being useless (well, more useless than normal).

So, if you are a member of any groups there and want any files, photo's or other data, I would suggest you get it now as it will all be gone by the end of December

The owners of many Yahoo groups seem to have migrated to Groups.io for this reason.

One Yahoo group I was a member of reported the sudden loss of all their photo's.

I've just checked at another forum and people are saying that a lot of the photo's in their group have already disappeared.
So much for the stated timeline.

Gavin VK6HGR has created a Groups.io group: Australian Land Mobile Radio

In particular to "save" the Files sections of the FM-900, AWA RT-85 and lots of
other solid state synthesized or crystal Australian made radios.
Both HF and VHF.
We believe one group is enough for us few tinkerers.
Please join and upload any old circuits and conversion notes.
You never know who will be helped and encouraged into our hobby.
